The ideal candidate holds a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree, with a graduate background in science preferred. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, a strong teaching presence and experience in classroom management will be valued. A minimum of one year of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, is required.
