Assisting in organizing school events like history fairs, cultural programs, or guest lectures featuring local historians or scholars.
Evaluating student performance through continuous assessment, including projects, quizzes, and oral presentations.
Participating in curriculum reviews and adapting teaching strategies to meet evolving educational standards.
A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory, with a postgraduate degree in History or a related discipline preferred. A TET/CTET certificate is beneficial but not mandatory. At least two years of teaching experience, particularly in schools with a focus on academic excellence, is essential.
