6. Foster a positive classroom environment by encouraging critical thinking and respect for diverse perspectives.

8. Stay updated on educational trends and teaching methodologies to continuously improve lesson delivery.
A TGT Social Science Teacher with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree and at least two years of teaching experience is required. While a postgraduate degree in Social Science or related fields is preferred, it is not mandatory. A TET/CTET certificate is highly beneficial but not mandatory for this position. Experience in teaching students from classes 9 to 12 is a plus.
