Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Admission Counsellor to join our team at a rapidly growing general school in Tier 3. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding students and their parents through the admission process, providing expert advice on course selection, and supporting them in their educational journey.
Teaching Methodology (Digital tools and platforms):
As an Admission Counsellor, you will be expected to leverage digital tools and platforms to engage with students and parents, provide tailored guidance, and facilitate a seamless admission experience. Our school is committed to integrating EdTech into our teaching methodology, and we expect our Admission Counsellor to be familiar with a range of digital tools, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), online assessment platforms, and student information systems.
KPIs and Outcomes (Include tech implementation):
- Increase student enrollment by 15% within the first six months of employment
- Achieve a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or higher through effective use of digital communication channels
- Utilize our school's LMS to track student progress and provide personalized feedback to students and parents
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote our school's programs and services
Pay Structure:
We offer a competitive salary of Rs 30,000 - Rs 40,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a basic salary, we also offer performance-based bonuses and incentives.
Your Responsibilities (Specific software/tools):
- Utilize our school's LMS to create and manage online courses, assessments, and student feedback
- Use digital communication channels, such as email and messaging apps, to engage with students and parents
- Develop and implement a range of digital marketing strategies to promote our school's programs and services
- Analyze student data and provide insights to inform our school's admissions and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with our school's IT team to ensure seamless integration of digital tools and platforms
