NTT Hindi Teacher Position at Cambridge International School in Jalandhar
Cambridge International School in Jalandhar seeks a dedicated Hindi teacher to join its team as a Non-Teaching Staff (NTT). This role focuses on delivering engaging Hindi language instruction to students across various grades, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards while fostering cultural understanding.
The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and conducting daily Hindi language lessons, covering grammar, vocabulary, literature, and communication skills. Daily classroom instruction will include interactive activities, assignments, and assessments tailored to student learning levels. You will also prepare lesson plans, resources, and teaching materials to support effective instruction. Collaboration with the Hindi department will help refine teaching strategies and share best practices. Regular monitoring of student progress will ensure academic growth and identify areas needing improvement. Attendance at department meetings and professional development sessions will keep your teaching methods current and relevant. Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment will encourage student participation and confidence in the Hindi language. Adherence to school policies on discipline, attendance, and professional conduct will be essential. Supporting extracurricular Hindi clubs or cultural events may also fall under your responsibilities, depending on school needs.
For this full-time position, a graduate degree in Hindi or a related field is required, along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed). Two years of teaching experience in Hindi or a relevant language is preferred. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be highly beneficial. Salary for this role ranges from Rs. 16,000 to Rs. 28,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. This position is based in Jalandhar 1, Punjab.
