Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging Accountancy lessons for classes XI and XII, aligning with the CBSE/State syllabus.
Prepare teaching aids, worksheets and practice sets that reinforce concepts of financial statements, taxation and auditing.
Assess student performance through periodic tests, assignments and board examinations, providing constructive feedback.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades and classroom activities as per school policy.
Participate in departmental meetings, parent‑teacher interactions and school events, contributing to the overall academic environment.
Required Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in Commerce (M.Com, MA Economics or equivalent) with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed.
TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Demonstrated proficiency in Accountancy software and digital teaching tools.
Strong communication skills in English and Punjabi, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for students.
