PGT Business Studies Teacher Position at Dips School in Jalandhar
Dips School | Urban Estate invites experienced educators to join its team as a PGT Business Studies Teacher in Jalandhar II, Punjab. This role is ideal for a passionate professional with a strong background in commerce and teaching experience, aiming to inspire students with practical business concepts in a dynamic school environment.
You will develop and deliver engaging classroom lessons covering core business studies topics like accounting, economics, and entrepreneurship. Prepare and evaluate student assignments, exams, and projects while maintaining high academic standards. Collaborate with other faculty members to create interdisciplinary learning opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends and integrate modern teaching methods into your lessons. Ensure smooth administrative tasks, including record-keeping and reporting as required.
Plan and conduct workshops or guest lectures with industry experts to bridge the gap between academics and practical business scenarios. Maintain a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels motivated to excel. Address student queries and doubts with patience, ensuring clarity on complex business concepts.
Ensure compliance with school policies and maintain professional conduct at all times. Act as a mentor to junior teachers or students needing guidance. Represent the school positively during parent-teacher interactions and public events.
To apply, candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in Business Studies or a related commerce discipline with at least three years of teaching experience. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory for this role, it is highly preferred. The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs.40,000 to Rs.70,000 per month, along with the opportunity to contribute to shaping young minds in a vibrant academic setting in Jalandhar II.
