What You Will Do
- Teach Geography to senior secondary students at Dips School in Jalandhar.
- Prepare students for board exams, focusing on practical and theoretical concepts.
- Plan and conduct lessons, assessments, and evaluations to meet academic standards.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment, promoting student learning and well-being.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement departmental plans and strategies.
- Mentor junior teachers and provide guidance on Geography teaching practices.
Eligibility
- Postgraduate degree in Geography or related field (M.A. or M.Sc.) from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. or equivalent qualification in Education.
- Experience in teaching Geography to senior secondary students.
- Strong knowledge of Geography curriculum and pedagogy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: Rs.40,000 - Rs.60,000 per month (negotiable for strong candidates).
