Physical Education Teacher Job in Jalandhar, Punjab | Dips School | Urban Estate seeks a dedicated professional to oversee the school’s sports and fitness programs in Jalandhar II. This role involves designing and implementing structured physical activities, ensuring student engagement and adherence to curriculum standards while maintaining a safe and inclusive environment.
You will lead daily sports sessions, including team sports, athletics, and recreational activities, tailored to students’ ages and skill levels. Your responsibilities include organizing school sports events, competitions, and inter-house tournaments, fostering teamwork and healthy competition. Ensuring proper equipment maintenance and procurement will also be part of your duties.
A strong emphasis is placed on promoting physical well-being, discipline, and sportsmanship. You will collaborate with school management to align physical education initiatives with broader educational goals, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and adherence to school policies. Leadership in mentoring younger staff or volunteers for sports-related tasks will be expected.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs.25,000 to Rs.50,000 per month, with the opportunity to shape a vibrant, active school community. A graduate degree with at least three years of relevant experience in sports administration or physical education is required.
