Review and update school policies related to accessibility, resource allocation, and student inclusion strategies.
Attend meetings with school management to discuss special education initiatives and resource requirements.
Ensure smooth implementation of government schemes like the Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan, where applicable.
Required Qualifications
A graduate degree with a focus on education or a related field is mandatory. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is preferred for administrative roles in special education.
Experience in inclusive education settings or working with students with special needs is highly beneficial.
A valid TET/CTET certificate is advantageous but not mandatory for this role.
