Atl Lab Incharge Job in Ludhiana, Punjab: Dmc Young Entrepreneurs School is seeking a skilled and experienced Atl Lab Incharge to join our team in Ludhiana East, Ludhiana, Punjab.
Role Summary
Dmc Young Entrepreneurs School requires a dynamic and result-driven Atl Lab Incharge to oversee the smooth functioning of our laboratory facilities. The Atl Lab Incharge will play a vital role in supporting the school's administration and ensuring the provision of quality facilities for our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and implement laboratory activities and events.
- Supervise laboratory assistants and maintenance staff to ensure efficient upkeep of facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure laboratories are maintained in good condition.
- Develop and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with school administrators to plan and implement curriculum-related activities.
- Manage laboratory resources, including equipment, supplies, and inventory.
- Monitor and maintain laboratory records, reports, and statistics.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and regulations related to laboratory operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize laboratory utilization and resource allocation.
Required Qualifications
A postgraduate degree in a relevant field (M.Sc, M.A, or M.Ed) or an equivalent qualification is mandatory. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Preference will be given to candidates with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree and experience in school administration.
