Bcm Basant City School has an immediate need for a qualified NTT Hindi Teacher to join the team in Ludhiana West. The school is looking for someone who can step in quickly and deliver effective Hindi lessons to young learners.
The role involves planning and conducting engaging Hindi classes for nursery and kindergarten students. You will create age-appropriate teaching materials, stories, and activities to make learning Hindi fun and interactive. Regular assessment of students’ progress and maintaining records is part of the job. Collaborating with other teachers to align the Hindi curriculum with the school’s overall teaching strategy is expected. Assisting in organizing cultural events like Hindi Diwas or local festivals that promote the language is also required. Handling classroom management while ensuring a nurturing environment for toddlers is crucial. You will also communicate with parents about their child’s progress in Hindi learning.
Candidates with a graduate degree and at least 3 years of teaching experience in Hindi are preferred. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. While TET/CTET is not required, it will be considered an advantage.
The school offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs.15,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
