Job Description
Role Summary
Dmc Young Entrepreneurs School is seeking a dynamic and experienced NTT Hindi Teacher to join our team. As an NTT Hindi Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Hindi to our young students. You will create an engaging and interactive learning environment that fosters phonics, storytelling, and basic communication skills. You will also be responsible for planning and implementing lesson plans, assessments, and classroom activities.
Day-to-Day Duties
1. Teach Hindi to students in nursery and kindergarten classes.
2. Plan and implement lesson plans, assessments, and classroom activities.
3. Use activity-based teaching methods to engage students.
4. Develop and maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment.
5. Communicate with parents through regular updates and parent-teacher meetings.
6. Participate in school activities and events.
7. Collaborate with other teachers to plan and implement curriculum.
8. Maintain accurate records of student progress.
9. Ensure the classroom is well-organized and maintained.
Who Can Apply
Must Have:
- Graduate degree in Hindi or a related field.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree.
- Experience in teaching nursery and kindergarten students.
- Good knowledge of Hindi language and literature.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Good to Have:
- CTET or TET certification.
- NET or SET certification.
- Experience in teaching in a school setting.
- Knowledge of phonics and basic communication skills.
- Ability to use technology in the classroom.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to use Hindi language to create engaging lesson plans and activities.
- Knowledge of storytelling and rhymes to teach phonics and basic communication skills.
- Ability to create a positive and supportive classroom environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: Rs.12,000 - Rs.20,000 per month.
