NTT Punjabi Teacher Job in Ludhiana, Punjab | School Recruitment
Josephs School invites a dedicated NTT Punjabi Teacher to join our esteemed faculty in Ludhiana East, fostering a rich cultural learning environment for students. This role focuses on delivering high-quality Punjabi language instruction aligned with school curriculum standards. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm for Punjabi literature, grammar, and regional heritage to our classrooms.
Daily responsibilities include conducting engaging classroom sessions, preparing lesson plans based on syllabus requirements, and maintaining a structured teaching schedule. You will also monitor student progress through regular assessments and provide immediate feedback to help them improve. Daily interactions with students and parents are essential for building trust and addressing any academic concerns.
Regular responsibilities across the academic cycle involve reviewing and updating teaching materials to reflect current educational trends in Punjabi language teaching. You will collaborate with the principal and other teachers to design interdisciplinary projects that integrate Punjabi with other subjects. Regular parent-teacher meetings will be part of your role to share student achievements and areas needing improvement.
Periodic responsibilities include participating in school-level workshops on teaching methodologies and Punjabi language development. You will also prepare and deliver subject-specific training sessions for new teachers. Occasionally, you may assist in organizing cultural events or competitions related to Punjabi literature and folk traditions.
For this NTT Punjabi Teacher position at Josephs School, a graduate degree with at least two years of teaching experience in Punjabi is required. Possession of a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role.
