Job Overview
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Nurse to join our team at Dmc Young Entrepreneurs School in Ludhiana East, Ludhiana, Punjab. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the health and well-being of our students, providing first aid and medical care as needed, and maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for all students and staff.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Provide first aid and medical care to students, staff, and visitors as needed
- Maintain the health records of all students and staff, including vaccination schedules and medical history
- Conduct regular health check-ups and screenings for students and staff
- Develop and implement health education programs for students
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to identify and support students with medical needs
- Maintain a clean and hygienic environment for all students and staff
- Order medical supplies and equipment as needed
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding their child's health and well-being
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in nursing (B.Sc. Nursing or M.Sc. Nursing)
- 2 years of experience in a school or hospital setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of first aid and medical procedures
- Familiarity with school administration and policies
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a monthly salary of Rs.20,000 - Rs.30,000, depending on experience and qualifications. All employees of Dmc Young Entrepreneurs School also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and paid leave.
