Curriculum Development
Collaborate with the academic team to refine Business Studies programs, incorporating latest textbooks and supplementary resources. Stay updated on educational policies and pedagogical best practices to improve teaching effectiveness. Provide guidance on extracurricular activities like business competitions and guest lectures to foster holistic growth.
Classroom Management
Maintain a structured and inclusive learning environment while addressing diverse student needs. Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to help students excel in their studies. Work closely with the principal and subject coordinators to ensure smooth implementation of teaching plans.
Qualification and Experience
A postgraduate degree in Business Studies, Commerce, or a related field is essential. Hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification for teaching positions. Two years of relevant teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, is mandatory. Experience in teaching Business Studies at the senior secondary level is highly preferred.
