PGT Geography Teacher Job in Ludhiana, Punjab | School Recruitment
Role
PGT Geography Teacher at Doon Oxford School | Ludhiana will lead the geography curriculum for classes 11 and 12, delivering engaging lessons and preparing students for competitive exams.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the Punjab syllabus.
- Conduct classroom instruction, practical sessions, and field trips to enhance geographical understanding.
- Assess student performance through tests, projects, and examinations.
- Mentor students in study skills and exam strategies for UGC-NET, CSIR-NET, and other competitive exams.

Qualification
Post‑graduate degree in Geography or related field. B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory; TET/CTET preferred.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a secondary school setting.
Compensation
Rs.38,000 – Rs.60,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
