Role Summary
Dmc Young Entrepreneurs School is a leading educational institution in Ludhiana, Punjab, seeking a dedicated and experienced Taekwando Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our school's Taekwondo program, fostering a culture of discipline, sportsmanship, and excellence among our students.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement an effective Taekwondo training program for students, focusing on skill development, physical fitness, and mental well-being.
2. Conduct regular coaching sessions, providing individualized attention and feedback to students.
3. Organize and manage school Taekwondo events, such as tournaments and championships.
4. Collaborate with other coaches and school staff to promote school activities and events.
5. Maintain records of student progress, attendance, and achievements.
6. Develop and manage the Taekwondo budget, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
7. Foster a positive and supportive team environment among students, parents, and staff.
8. Develop and implement safety protocols for students participating in Taekwondo activities.
9. Stay updated with the latest Taekwondo techniques, rules, and best practices.
Eligibility
Must Have:
- Postgraduate degree in Physical Education or Sports Science
- 2 years of experience in coaching Taekwondo or a related sport
- Valid certification in Taekwondo coaching (e.g., National Coaching Certification Program)
Good to Have:
- Master's degree in Physical Education or Sports Science
- Experience in managing sports programs or events
- Fluency in Punjabi and English languages
