Key Responsibilities
- Teach Biology to classes VI to X and develop engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Prepare students for board exams by providing focused coaching and support.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Develop and implement curriculum-based projects to foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with the Science department to ensure a cohesive and well-planned curriculum.
- Provide individualized attention to students who require additional support.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development programs to enhance teaching skills.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to engage students and promote a love for Biology.
Required Qualifications
To be a successful TGT Biology Teacher at Bcm Arya International School, you should possess a B.Ed degree, preferably with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience. A B.Ed with a specialization in Biology is highly desirable. Holding a TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
