Assessment of student progress through quizzes, assignments, and periodic tests will guide instructional adjustments.
Students will be encouraged to explore Hindi poetry, prose, and contemporary media, enhancing comprehension and critical thinking. The teacher will facilitate classroom debates, cultural festivals, and literary competitions, promoting a holistic learning experience.
Collaborating with fellow teachers, the PRT Hindi Teacher will contribute to interdisciplinary projects, integrating Hindi with social studies, arts, and life skills. Participation in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and curriculum review sessions is expected.
Maintaining accurate attendance records, attendance sheets, and student performance logs will be part of routine duties. The teacher will also mentor junior staff, providing guidance on classroom management and pedagogical strategies.
Engagement with parents through periodic communication, parent‑teacher meetings, and progress reports will strengthen community ties. The teacher will support school initiatives such as Hindi week, cultural celebrations, and community outreach programs, reflecting the ethos of J.r Millennium School.
Qualification and experience
Applicants must hold a graduate degree and a B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification. TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory. A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, is required. Demonstrated ability to create dynamic lesson plans and use technology in the classroom will be valued. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English are essential for effective teaching and collaboration.
Salary and location
The salary range is Rs.13,000 - Rs.20,000 per month. The position is based in Mansa, Punjab, at J.r Millennium School.
