Assessing student performance through continuous evaluation, including homework, quizzes, and periodic tests, while providing constructive feedback.
Maintaining accurate records of student progress and contributing to academic reports and tracking systems.
Supporting the school’s extra-curricular programs, such as math clubs or competitions, to foster a culture of intellectual curiosity.
Collaborating with other teachers to refine teaching strategies and share best practices for improving classroom outcomes.
Qualification and Experience
A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory, with a postgraduate qualification in Mathematics preferred.
At least two years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, is required.
Possession of TET/CTET certification is highly valued but not mandatory for this role.
A strong command of the English language is essential for effective communication with students and parents.
Compensation and Location
The selected candidate will receive a competitive monthly salary of Rs. 22,000 to Rs. 45,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
