TGT Mathematics Teacher Job in Pathankot, Punjab | School Recruitment
Partap World School in Pathankot is looking for a full‑time TGT Mathematics teacher. The role involves delivering the Mathematics curriculum to secondary students and fostering analytical skills. Candidates should have at least two years of teaching experience and a post‑graduate qualification.
Responsibilities
1. Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons as per the prescribed syllabus.
2. Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
3. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades and classroom activities.
4. Organize remedial classes and enrichment programs to support diverse learner needs.
5. Coordinate with senior staff for curriculum alignment and school events.
6. Encourage critical thinking through problem‑solving sessions and math clubs.
7. Ensure a safe, disciplined and inclusive classroom environment.
8. Participate in parent‑teacher meetings and contribute to school development initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
The candidate must possess a postgraduate degree in Mathematics or a related field, along with B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification. A minimum of two years of teaching experience at the secondary level is required. TET/CTET qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
Salary and Location
Salary: Rs.18,000 – Rs.35,000 per month. Location: Pathankot, Punjab.
