Cambridge Global School | Rakhra seeks a dedicated PGT Accountancy Teacher to lead the Accountancy department, ensuring high academic standards and engaging students with modern teaching methods. This role requires a passionate educator with expertise in commerce principles, financial accounting, and business studies to inspire students in grades 11 and 12. The ideal candidate will design innovative lesson plans aligned with the CBSE curriculum while maintaining a strong focus on conceptual clarity and practical applications.
The PGT Accountancy Teacher will develop and deliver comprehensive syllabus-based classes, incorporating real-world case studies and interactive discussions to enhance student understanding. Regular assessments, including practical exams and project-based evaluations, will be conducted to track progress and reinforce learning. Collaborating with the academic team, the teacher will participate in curriculum reviews and suggest improvements to align with evolving educational trends.
A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory for this position, with a postgraduate qualification in Accountancy or Commerce as the primary requirement. Four years of teaching experience in Accountancy or a related subject is essential, preferably in a school environment. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be highly beneficial for career growth within the institution.
