Delhi World Public School | Ajmer is looking for a Music Teacher to join our full‑time team. The position is based in Ajmer, Rajasthan and focuses on managing the school’s music program and related activities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning and execution of all music‑related events, including concerts, competitions, and workshops.
- Develop schedules for performances, ensuring alignment with the school calendar and student participation.
- Liaise with external musicians, event organizers, and community partners to secure performances and collaborations.
- Oversee the maintenance and procurement of musical instruments and equipment, ensuring safety and optimal condition.
- Manage the budget for music activities, tracking expenses and preparing financial reports for senior management.
- Support the school’s administrative team in integrating music programs with school events and cultural celebrations.
- Maintain accurate records of performances, participant lists, and equipment inventory.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in music program administration.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, parents, and external stakeholders.
Compensation
Salary ranges from Rs.16,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
