Job Description
Pragya Group of Institutions in Ajmer seeks a dedicated NTT Mathematics Teacher to join their team and inspire students with engaging lessons in mathematics. Daily Responsibilities
Plan and conduct daily mathematics classes, ensuring clear explanations of algebraic, geometric, and trigonometric concepts. Engage students through interactive problem-solving sessions and real-world applications of math. Maintain organized class materials, including worksheets, revision notes, and assessment sheets. Monitor student progress daily to identify areas needing extra support.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Prepare weekly lesson plans that align with the curriculum, incorporating modern teaching techniques to enhance student understanding. Conduct periodic assessments, such as quizzes and unit tests, to evaluate progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the mathematics faculty to share best practices and improve overall teaching standards. Participate in school events and extracurricular activities related to mathematics, such as competitions and workshops.
Periodic Responsibilities
Attend termly review meetings to discuss student performance and adjust teaching methods as needed. Organize revision classes and study sessions to help students prepare for exams. Ensure compliance with school policies regarding attendance, discipline, and curriculum adherence.
Qualifications and Experience
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. A TET or CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory. Minimum two years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, is required. Strong communication skills and a passion for mathematics education are essential.
