Pragya Group of Institutions in Ajmer seeks a dedicated PGT Business Studies Teacher to guide high school students through core business principles. This role involves teaching subjects like financial management, marketing, and entrepreneurship in a structured yet engaging manner. The teacher will design lessons that blend theory with real-world applications to foster critical thinking.
The ideal candidate should hold a postgraduate degree in Business Administration or related field along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. With at least two years of teaching experience, particularly in Business Studies, the candidate will bring expertise to shape young minds in commerce.
Classroom time will be allocated to deliver lectures, conduct interactive discussions, and facilitate group projects. Assessments may include written exams, practical assignments, and periodic evaluations to ensure conceptual clarity and practical exposure.
The salary for this position is competitive, ranging from Rs.34,000 to Rs.60,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. The role expects the teacher to maintain a dynamic teaching approach while adhering to school curricula and assessment standards.
A strong command of English and the ability to simplify complex business concepts for students will be highly valued. Collaboration with other faculty members to enhance the learning experience is also expected.
