PRT English Teacher Job in Ajmer, Rajasthan | School Recruitment
English lessons are delivered with engaging activities that foster reading, writing, listening and speaking skills. Each day the teacher plans interactive sessions, uses varied media, and encourages students to express ideas confidently.
Scope of the Role
The teacher is responsible for delivering the English curriculum across grades, ensuring that lesson plans align with school standards. Coordination with co‑ordinators and participation in school meetings are part of the routine. The role also involves maintaining a positive classroom environment and supporting student progress.
Core Academic Duties
Design and conduct lessons that promote critical thinking and effective communication. Facilitate group discussions, debates, and creative writing projects. Use visual aids, audio‑visual tools, and digital resources to enhance learning. Provide constructive feedback on assignments and help students prepare for internal and external examinations.
Assessment and Planning Duties
Prepare weekly lesson plans and monthly teaching schedules. Create formative assessments such as quizzes, oral tests, and written assignments. Analyze student performance data to identify learning gaps and adjust instruction accordingly. Participate in curriculum review sessions to keep content relevant and engaging.
Qualification and Experience
Graduate degree required. B.Ed or D.El.Ed preferred; TET/CTET not mandatory. Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a school setting is expected. Demonstrated ability to use modern teaching aids and to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
Salary and Location
Competitive remuneration ranging from Rs.12,000 to Rs.22,000 per month. Position based in Ajmer, Rajasthan, at Pragya Group Of Institutions | Ajmer. Full‑time employment with a supportive school community.
