7. Maintain accurate attendance records and academic performance logs.
8. Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews, and academic planning activities.
Required Qualifications
- NET/SET qualification mandatory for Assistant Professor level; UGC‑NET, CSIR‑NET, SET, or SLET acceptable.
- Ph.D. in a relevant science discipline preferred, demonstrating research capability.
- Minimum 55% marks in Master’s degree with a focus on science subjects.
- At least 3 years of teaching experience in a recognized college or university setting.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for student development.
