New State Academy | Behror invites a dedicated PGT Political Science Teacher to join its esteemed faculty. This role involves shaping young minds with a deep understanding of Indian governance, international relations, and contemporary political thought. The position is ideal for someone passionate about fostering critical analysis and civic engagement in students.
Daily Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging classroom lessons on core Political Science topics, ensuring alignment with the curriculum. Engage students with interactive discussions on current affairs, elections, and political theories. Prepare and grade weekly assignments, quizzes, and projects to assess understanding. Maintain a structured classroom environment, encouraging participation and respectful dialogue.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Develop lesson plans, syllabi, and teaching resources tailored to New State Academy | Behror’s academic standards. Collaborate with the school’s academic team to integrate political science concepts into interdisciplinary projects. Attend faculty meetings and workshops to stay updated on teaching methodologies and educational trends. Ensure students meet academic benchmarks through continuous assessment and feedback.
Periodic Responsibilities
Participate in school events like debates, mock elections, or guest lectures to reinforce political awareness. Conduct parent-teacher interactions to discuss student progress and political science learning outcomes. Review and update teaching materials based on student feedback and curriculum revisions.
A PGT Political Science Teacher at New State Academy | Behror must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a postgraduate qualification in Political Science. At least four years of teaching experience, preferably in Political Science, is required. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role.
