Job Description
PRT English Teacher Responsibilities
Teach English as a core subject to students in Classes 6 to 10 at Delhi Public Senior Secondary School, Balotra. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum and CBSE guidelines.
Deliver structured classroom instruction, including grammar, vocabulary, literature, and speaking/writing skills. Use age-appropriate teaching methods to ensure student comprehension and participation.
Prepare and maintain student records, including attendance, progress reports, and assessment data, as required by the school’s record-keeping system.
Engage students in group discussions, presentations, and interactive activities to enhance language proficiency and communication skills.

Qualifications and Requirements
Hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) degree from a recognized institution. Possess a Graduate degree in English or a related field.
Minimum three years of teaching experience, preferably in English or a similar subject at the secondary level. Familiarity with CBSE syllabus and teaching methodologies is advantageous.
No mandatory requirement for TET or CTET certification, though it may be beneficial for career progression.
