Teaching Approach

What You Will Do
Conduct daily NTT Mathematics Teacher Job in Baran sessions using the school’s digital math lab and pre-loaded content. Prepare weekly blended lesson plans combining physical manipulatives with online quizzes on the LMS. Monitor student progress through Google Classroom assignments and share weekly feedback with parents via the parent app.
Use digital tools to create simple math stories and concept maps for grades Nursery to UKG. Assist in organizing monthly math fairs where students demonstrate concepts through charts and digital presentations. Maintain a digital portfolio of student work samples to track progress. Collaborate with the IT team to update educational apps and troubleshoot basic hardware issues.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution. One year of teaching experience in early childhood or primary classes is required. TET or CTET is preferred but not mandatory.
What Makes You a Fit
Familiarity with Google Classroom, Zoom, and basic LMS platforms is essential. Ability to create simple digital content using Canva or similar tools will be an advantage. Comfort in handling smart boards and tablets in a classroom setting is necessary.
