Day-to-Day Duties

1. Prepare and deliver Physics lessons for Classes 11 and 12 as per CBSE curriculum.
2. Conduct practical experiments and demonstrations in the school lab.
3. Design and update teaching materials, worksheets, and assignments.
4. Assess student performance through tests, quizzes, and assignments.
5. Provide remedial support to students facing difficulties in Physics concepts.
6. Organize and participate in school events related to science exhibitions.
7. Maintain records of attendance, marks, and lesson plans.
8. Collaborate with colleagues to align teaching strategies with school goals.
9. Engage with parents during PTMs to discuss student progress.

Eligibility Criteria

Must Have
- Postgraduate degree in Physics (M.Sc Physics) from a recognized university.
- B.Ed degree with Physics as one of the teaching subjects.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a secondary or senior secondary school.
- Fluency in Hindi and English, with strong communication skills.
- Ability to handle classes with up to 40 students effectively.

Good to Have
- CTET or TET qualification for teaching eligibility.
- Experience with digital teaching tools and smart classrooms.
- Familiarity with CBSE examination patterns and marking schemes.
- Previous involvement in science club or Olympiad coaching.
