PRT Dance Teacher Job in Baran, Rajasthan | School Recruitment
Role Summary
Vanix World School in Chhabra, Baran, Rajasthan seeks an experienced and dynamic PRT Dance Teacher to join its team. As a senior member of the Dance department, the successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Dance to students from Class 1 to Class 12, developing and implementing the Dance curriculum, and mentoring junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
1. Teach Dance to students from Class 1 to Class 12, ensuring that they meet the curriculum requirements and achieve satisfactory grades.
2. Develop and implement the Dance curriculum for Vanix World School, taking into account the needs and abilities of students.
3. Mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to help them improve their teaching skills.
4. Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure student progress and achievement.
5. Plan and organize Dance events, performances, and exhibitions to showcase student talent.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the Dance curriculum is integrated into the overall school curriculum.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with local Dance institutions, organizations, and artists to enhance student learning experiences.
8. Conduct extracurricular Dance activities, such as Dance clubs, workshops, and camps.
9. Participate in school meetings and contribute to decision-making processes related to the Dance department.
Required Qualifications
The successful candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in Dance or a related field and a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree. A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have completed NET or SET. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
