Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled TGT Physics Teacher to fill the Physics Teacher Vacancy in Baran at Modern School. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching Physics to students of classes 6th to 10th, developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, and assessing student performance.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Prepare and deliver Physics lessons to classes 6th to 10th, using a range of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans, incorporating practical activities, experiments, and collaborative group work.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress, using the results to inform teaching and improve student outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance, providing regular feedback to parents and the school administration.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives, such as science fairs, quizzes, and competitions.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development programs to stay updated on best practices in Physics teaching and learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and students, using a range of strategies to facilitate parent-teacher communication and student engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote student engagement, motivation, and academic success in Physics.
Eligibility
- Postgraduate degree in Physics or a related field from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree from a recognized institution.
- CTET or NET qualification is not essential but preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching Physics to classes 6th to 10th.
- Strong knowledge of Physics curriculum and pedagogy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
