3. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct skating training sessions for various age groups.
Prepare students for district and state-level competitions.
Teach proper techniques, balance, and safety rules.
Organize skating exhibitions and internal competitions.
Maintain skating equipment and monitor the skating track.
4. Required Qualifications:
Professional or certified skating coach with proven experience.
Strong knowledge of skating techniques and training safety.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
5. Preferred Skills:
Certification from recognized skating federations.
Experience in training children at the school level.
Ability to organize events and manage sports logistics.
6. Work Environment:
Modern skating rink and outdoor track with necessary protective gear and safety arrangements.
7. Salary & Benefits:
Competitive salary ₹32,000–₹37,000 per month, plus performance bonuses for competitive wins.
