Role
PGT level instructor responsible for delivering Political Science curriculum to classes VIII to X in a structured classroom setting at Modern School | Bharatpur. Duties include lesson planning, classroom management, assessment, and student progress tracking.
Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver engaging lessons aligned with state guidelines and school syllabus. Conduct formative and summative assessments, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate attendance and performance records. Participate in faculty meetings, professional development sessions, and school events. Mentor junior teachers and support interdisciplinary projects as required.
Qualification
Post‑graduate degree in Political Science or related discipline. B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory for teaching positions. TET/CTET preferred but not compulsory. Candidates must hold a valid teaching certification issued by the state or central authority.
Experience
Minimum four years of teaching experience in a secondary school setting. Proven ability to manage diverse classrooms and demonstrate effective instructional strategies.
Salary
Rs.40,000 – Rs.50,000 per month, competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
