- A graduate degree with a specialization in dance (B.F.A./B.P.Ed./Dance Diploma) is essential.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in dance administration, preferably in a school setting, is required.
- B.Ed./D.El.Ed. is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with the local dance culture and traditions of Rajasthan is desirable.
