About This Role
Zinc Vidyalaya, located in Hurda, Bhilwara, Rajasthan, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced PGT Political Science Teacher to join our faculty.

Teaching Approach
In the PGT Political Science Teacher position at Zinc Vidyalaya, the successful candidate will be expected to employ practical and engaging methods to teach Political Science, such as simulations, debates, and case studies. The candidate should also be able to incorporate technology to enhance student learning.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and teach a range of Political Science subjects to students
- Prepare and administer assessments, and provide detailed feedback to students
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans
- Participate in school-wide initiatives to improve student outcomes
- Supervise students during extracurricular activities
- Participate in staff meetings and parent-teacher conferences
- Develop and maintain relationships with local community organizations to provide students with opportunities for experiential learning
- Stay up-to-date with developments in Political Science and education, and incorporate this knowledge into teaching practice

Eligibility Criteria
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. required for teaching positions
- Post-graduate degree in Political Science or related field preferred
- TET or CTET certification preferred but not essential
