Music Teacher Job in Bikaner, Rajasthan | School Vacancy
Responsibilities
The incumbent will oversee the music department’s daily operations at Baba Devi Sr. Sec. School, ensuring smooth scheduling of rehearsals, events and examinations. Coordination with senior management for budgeting, resource allocation and maintenance of musical instruments is required. The role includes preparing reports on departmental performance and liaising with external cultural organisations for student participation in local festivals.
Key duties involve managing inventory of audio‑visual equipment, supervising the upkeep of practice rooms and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The post also requires organising annual concerts, cultural showcases and inter‑school competitions, handling logistics such as venue booking, transport and publicity.
Qualifications
Graduate degree with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed is essential; candidates with TET/CTET clearance will be preferred. Minimum two years of relevant experience in school administration or similar operational roles is required. Strong organisational skills, proficiency in basic accounting software and the ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and English are mandatory.
Salary
Rs.15,000 - Rs.20,000 per month.
