Job Description
NTT English Teacher Job in Bikaner, Rajasthan | School Recruitment
Bikaner’s children deserve strong English foundations early in life. Many families here see English as a bridge to better opportunities, yet many young learners struggle without the right guidance. Sanskar Sr. Sec. School steps in to fill that gap by nurturing confident English speakers from the start.
The right NTT English Teacher will shape young minds and strengthen the community. You will become a trusted mentor, helping children express themselves clearly and fostering a love for reading and communication. Parents in Bikaner look for schools that go beyond textbooks, and this role helps build that trust through daily engagement.
Daily, you will plan interactive English lessons that spark curiosity, not just memorisation. You will conduct group activities that build speaking skills, from storytelling to role-plays, making learning enjoyable. Regular parent meetings at Sanskar Sr. Sec. School will help align home and school support. You will also organise local events like poetry recitals or book fairs, bringing English learning into the community. Simple things—like reading sessions or letter-writing exercises—can open doors for children who might otherwise stay quiet.
To join this role, you need a graduate degree and at least two years of teaching experience. While B.Ed or D.El.Ed is required, prior work in early education or NTT classrooms is valued. Familiarity with local language support is helpful, but passion for teaching young learners matters most.
This isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to build futures. Children who speak English confidently today become professionals tomorrow. Sanskar Sr. Sec. School believes in teachers who care as much about community growth as they do about lesson plans. Your effort here will echo in the lives of families across Bikaner.
Salary is Rs.12,000 to Rs.20,000 per month, reflecting the value of early English education in our community. Benefits include a supportive environment and opportunities to contribute beyond the classroom.
Apply with your resume and a brief note on why you’d like to teach English in Bikaner. Share your contact details and preferred interview time. Let’s work together to open doors for Bikaner’s children through language.
