Manage inventory of food items, monitor stock levels, and place orders to avoid shortages while controlling costs. Supervise any kitchen assistants or helpers, delegating tasks and ensuring timely service during breakfast, lunch and snack periods. Keep accurate records of daily menus, consumption, and any special dietary requirements. Adhere to fire safety and health regulations, conducting regular checks and reporting any issues to the school administration. Participate in occasional school events, providing catering support as needed.
