Pedagogy and Tools
The successful candidate will be expected to use practical methods and tools to teach Accountancy, incorporating lab and activity work to enhance student understanding. Our Accountancy Teacher will be familiar with the Rajasthan Government's guidelines for Accountancy education and will adapt their teaching style to cater to students with varying learning needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Teach Accountancy classes to students from Class XI to XII, using a variety of teaching methods to ensure effective learning.
2. Prepare and deliver lesson plans that cover the prescribed Accountancy syllabus for the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education.
3. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and provide feedback.
4. Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
5. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the Accountancy department.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement a comprehensive Accountancy curriculum.
7. Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to improve student engagement and understanding.
8. Provide support and guidance to students outside of regular class hours, as needed.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess a postgraduate degree in Commerce or a related field, with a specialisation in Accountancy. A B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree is required, with TET/CTET certification being highly desirable. A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting is also essential.
