Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and deliver lesson plans to achieve academic excellence.

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and teaching strategies.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development programs.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods.
- Provide individualized support to students as needed.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
- Postgraduate degree in Physics (M.Sc. or M.A.).
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree.
- Valid TET or CTET certification.
Good to Have
- Experience in teaching Physics at the senior secondary level.
- Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum.
- Knowledge of digital teaching tools and resources.
Skills We Value
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Strong subject matter expertise in Physics.
- Creativity and enthusiasm in teaching.
Salary and Benefits
