About This Role
As a seasoned TGT Hindi Teacher at Little Angels Public School in Rajgarh, Churu, Rajasthan, you'll be an integral part of our academic team, leading by example and driving Hindi language and literature excellence across the school. With a strong focus on curriculum development and implementation, you'll mentor junior staff, contribute to departmental planning, and strive for outstanding board results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging Hindi language and literature curriculum for students from 6th to 10th standard
- Create and assess periodic assessments aligned with Rajasthan State Board syllabus
- Collaborate with other subject teachers to incorporate interdisciplinary learning opportunities
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues in the Hindi department
- Contribute to school-wide initiatives to enhance student performance and retention
- Participate in departmental meetings to discuss curriculum and teaching strategies
- Engage with parents and guardians to foster a collaborative learning environment
- Organize and lead extracurricular activities promoting Hindi language and culture
- Maintain accurate student records, assessment results, and attendance data
- Collaborate with the management to plan and implement school events and activities
Required Qualifications
- Master of Arts (M.A.) or equivalent degree in Hindi or related field
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent degree with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience
- NET or SET qualified in Hindi or related field (desired but not mandatory)
- Proficiency in Rajasthan State Board curriculum and examination patterns
