Foundation Biology Teacher Job in Jaipur, Rajasthan | School Recruitment
Teaching Biology at Sir Chaitanya Academy can be a rewarding experience for those who enjoy interacting with students and making learning fun. The reality of this role is that you will be responsible for teaching Foundation Biology to students in grades 6-8, creating and implementing lesson plans, and assessing student progress. The following are specific duties you will be expected to perform as a Foundation Biology Teacher:
* Plan and deliver lessons on Biology to students in grades 6-8
* Create and administer quizzes and assessments to evaluate student understanding
* Prepare and grade assignments and projects
* Conduct regular parent-teacher conferences to discuss student progress
* Participate in staff meetings and collaborate with other teachers on curriculum development
* Develop and implement additional learning opportunities for students, such as science fairs and field trips
* Evaluate and report on student progress to the administration
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student grades and attendance
* Participate in the school's extracurricular activities, such as Science Club and Environmental Club
To be eligible for this position, you must have a B.Ed degree and preferably be certified in TET or CTET. You should also have at least 5 years of experience in teaching Biology to students in grades 6-8. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to a diverse student population.
You will need to bring a passion for teaching Biology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment. You should also be willing to learn and adapt to the school's curriculum and policies.
