Hostel Warden Job in Jaipur, Rajasthan | School Vacancy — Immediate requirement.
About This Role
As a Hostel Warden at Jayshree Periwal International School Jaipur, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of boarding students, ensuring their well-being, safety, and academic success. You will be an integral part of the school's administrative team, supporting the school's mission to provide a nurturing environment for students.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise and manage the daily activities of boarding students, ensuring their safety and well-being.
2. Maintain discipline and order within the hostel premises.
3. Oversee the maintenance of hostel facilities, including cleanliness, hygiene, and infrastructure.
4. Organize and coordinate student activities, such as recreational programs and extracurricular events.
5. Develop and implement policies and procedures for hostel operations.
6. Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure smooth transition of students between school and hostel.
7. Handle student grievances and complaints in a fair and impartial manner.
8. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, you must have a post-graduate degree in any field. Experience in hostel administration or management is highly desirable. Familiarity with local culture and customs is also essential.

* Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Familiarity with hostel management software or similar systems

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs.25,000 - Rs.45,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. Other benefits include medical insurance, leave travel allowance, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
