Day-to-Day Duties
As a senior NTT Mathematics Teacher at Ryan International School, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing the Mathematics curriculum for classes VI to XII
- Mentoring junior Mathematics teachers and guiding them in their teaching practices
- Preparing and conducting Mathematics assessments and evaluations
- Analyzing board results and suggesting improvements in the Mathematics curriculum
- Collaborating with the school administration to develop policies and procedures for the Mathematics department
- Participating in staff meetings and contributing to school-wide initiatives
- Developing and implementing Mathematics projects and activities to enhance student learning
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and providing regular feedback to students and parents
- Collaborating with other departments to integrate Mathematics with other subjects
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field
- A B.Ed degree from a recognized institution
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in Mathematics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Preference will be given to candidates with a NET or SET qualification in Mathematics
- Strong knowledge of the Indian Mathematics curriculum and assessment procedures
