Develop interactive teaching methods to encourage critical thinking among students, particularly in senior classes. Prepare and deliver unit-wise assessments that evaluate both conceptual knowledge and analytical skills. Maintain a classroom environment that fosters respect for diverse political ideologies and democratic values. Stay updated on recent political events and policy changes to enrich classroom discussions.
A candidate with a postgraduate degree in Political Science and at least two years of teaching experience is required. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory for this position.
