Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to university governance by participating in faculty meetings and policy discussions.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in Psychology from a recognized university with a minimum of five years of teaching or research experience in a university or reputed institution. Candidates with publications in Scopus/WoS indexed journals and experience in curriculum development will be preferred. NET/SLET qualified candidates with exceptional industry experience may also be considered.
Industry experience in clinical psychology, HR consulting, or mental health services is highly desirable. Familiarity with digital teaching tools and assessment software is an added advantage. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi and Rajasthani dialects is beneficial for fieldwork and community engagement.
