Prg World School | Jaipur is seeking a dedicated PRT English Teacher to inspire young minds with engaging language lessons. This role involves shaping students’ communication skills while aligning with the school’s curriculum and modern pedagogical practices. Daily responsibilities include conducting interactive English classes covering grammar, vocabulary, and literature. You will prepare lesson plans that cater to diverse learning levels, ensuring every student participates actively. Daily classroom management tasks, like maintaining discipline and fostering a positive learning atmosphere, are also part of the routine. Engaging students with fun activities and real-world applications of English will keep lessons lively and effective.
Regular responsibilities across the academic cycle involve collaborating with the English department to refine teaching methods and integrate new educational tools. You will participate in weekly progress reviews to assess student performance and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Termly evaluations include preparing reports on student growth, ensuring they meet academic benchmarks set by Prg World School | Jaipur.
Periodic responsibilities include attending departmental meetings to discuss curriculum updates and student needs. You may also assist in organizing school events like language festivals or cultural exchanges that promote English usage in a fun setting. Occasionally, you will conduct parent-teacher interactions to share student progress and encourage home support for language learning.
To qualify, a graduate degree with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory. Three years of teaching experience in an English medium school is preferred.
